Cross-Strait Aviation and Tourism Industries Call for Full Resumption of Direct Flights

On June 4, Pan Yixin, senior advisor of the Cross-Strait Aviation Transport Exchange Committee, met with Wu Yingliang, chairman of the Taiwan Travel Association, and they reached consensus on resuming direct cross-strait passenger flights and deepening aviation-tourism integration. The mainland side expressed willingness to actively study measures to facilitate cross-strait travel, while Taiwan industry called for lifting unreasonable restrictions and restoring normal direct flights.
