Air Passenger Demand Grows 0.2% in July

IATA data shows that in July 2026, global passenger demand (RPK) increased 0.2% year-on-year, capacity (ASK) increased 0.3%, and load factor was 85.2%. International demand fell 0.1%, domestic demand grew 0.6%. Middle East demand fell 10%, North America fell 1.2%, Asia-Pacific grew 1.0%, Europe grew 2.1%.
