Be aware of overcharges and scams. It is illegal to bring guns, ammunition, or spent shells. Medical services are limited, and travel insurance is recommended.
The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) published travel advice for Bonaire, St Eustatius and Saba, still current as of 8 September 2026 and last updated on 10 December 2025, adding new information about dual nationals returning to the UK (see the 'Entry requirements' page). The FCDO states that no travel can be guaranteed safe and advises reading the full guide and obtaining appropriate travel insurance covering the itinerary, planned activities and emergency expenses.
