Brazil's ANAC Opens Second Call for Santos Dumont Platform User Survey

Brazil's National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) opened a second call for an online survey aimed at improving regulated entities' experience with the Santos Dumont portal. Ongoing system adjustments include new navigation, a responsive interface, a guided tour, AI-assisted search for services and legislation, and personalised content based on the user or represented entity. The survey targets pilots, flight attendants, air operators, maintenance personnel, aerodrome operators and drone operators, among others, with registration from 7 to 20 September and interviews from 28 September to 9 October.
