CATA Aviation Conference cabin safety and service showcase held in Beijing
The fourth China Air Transport Association (CATA) Aviation Conference was held at the China National Convention Center Phase II in Beijing from 17 to 19 September. During the event, cabin safety and service culture showcases ran twice daily, with more than 80 cabin crew representatives from 20 airlines taking part across three segments: professional image, service brand and safety knowledge interaction. The safety segment demonstrated onboard lithium-battery emergency response and cabin-crew coordination standards, while the service segment featured dedicated products for elderly and child passengers and brands built around tea culture, regional culture and multilingual service.
