SAP Concur Publishes Guide on Calculating and Tracking Mileage

SAP Concur published an article on mileage calculation and tracking methods, including standard rate, actual expense, GPS apps and odometer. The article notes the IRS sets the standard mileage rate annually, at 70 cents per mile from 1 January 2025. The reimbursement formula is total business miles multiplied by the reimbursement rate. It recommends using the Drive app to automatically upload to Concur Expense and emphasises records should be timely, detailed and accurate.
