Sunac Snow Park signs Beijing Municipal Administrative Center ice and snow complex project

On October 30, 2026, Sunac Snow Park signed an investment cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia's Benjellala Group, Vito Design, and Mingxing Ice and Snow, and the Beijing Sunac Snow Park project entered a substantive advancement stage. The project is positioned as a globally leading indoor-outdoor three-dimensional ski resort, with a planned total construction area of approximately 140,000 square meters, indoor year-round constant-temperature operation, and the roof hosting professional ski competitions in winter; after completion it will be Beijing's first indoor ski resort capable of hosting international ski competitions. Sunac Snow Park already operates 11 indoor ski resorts, with another 4 under construction, and has received a cumulative visitor flow exceeding 13 million person-times.
