On October 9, 2026, TravelDaily China reported that Bodun Yuan Shiji, a mid-to-high-end apartment brand under Dossen Group, signed an agreement for Huancheng Group's headquarters building in Panyu, Guangzhou, to operate its 240 supporting apartments as a whole, positioned for long-term rental, serving the medium- and long-term resident talent of the headquarters and Guangzhou International Innovation City. The report stated that the Huancheng headquarters building has a construction area of approximately 59,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 480 million yuan, and is one of the key projects that started construction in the first quarter of 2025 in Panyu District. Bodun, with its brand, product, and operations integrated asset management capabilities, intervened in advance during the construction period, transforming supporting assets from a cost center into operable, income-generating assets.
