Wyndham launches Homes & Havens vacation rental collection

On October 30, 2026, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the launch of its vacation rental collection Homes & Havens, benchmarked against Marriott. The collection offers nearly 800 professionally managed homes and villas in the United States, the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe, bookable through Wyndham Rewards. The properties come from newly established relationships with independent property management and hospitality companies including Brightwild, Simpson Travel, StayTerra and Thousand Trails; some partners are already live, and the rest will be onboarded over the coming months.
