On October 15, 2026, at the Beijing Winter Expo, Sunac Snow Park, together with Saudi Arabia's Benjelloun Group, Vito Design, and Mingxing Ice and Snow, jointly initiated an ice and snow industry investment and development platform to explore an industry partnership model driven by both "asset management + operations." The report stated that Sunac Snow Park's four-season operation practice case was included in the "China Ice and Snow Industry Development Research Report (2026)"; it has already operated 11 indoor snow resorts, received a cumulative total of over 13 million visits, and accumulated over 3 million members.
