Rezen launched over 10 hotels in October and reached a smart hotel partnership with TCL

On November 3, 2026, Rezen Group and TCL signed a smart hotel strategic cooperation agreement; the two parties will carry out cooperation around four major directions: joint development of guest room intelligence standards, implementation of centralized procurement, refinement of AI guest room scenarios, and templates for renovation of existing properties. The report also disclosed that in October 2026 Rezen launched over 10 hotels, covering cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanchang, and Guilin, and spanning brands including Rezen, Jifeng, Zhenting, and Walton; Rezen Business Travel signed more than 90 new corporate clients that month, including listed companies such as Bright Laser Technologies and Mingyang Electric, as well as enterprises such as SMIC and Orion. The cooperation is currently at the agreement-signing stage, and specific implementation progress has not yet been disclosed.
