ITM and BCD jointly launch business travel AI implementation blueprint

On October 8, 2026, according to Business Travel News, ITM and BCD Travel collaborated to launch an AI implementation blueprint toolkit for travel managers. The toolkit was developed by ITM's Platinum Pathways member working group and released at the ITM Autumn Conference held in London. The current event progress is that the toolkit has been officially released.
