COP31 climate conference will be held in Antalya, Turkey

The 31st United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP31) is scheduled to be held in Antalya, Turkey, from November 9 to 20, co-hosted by Turkey and Australia, and is called the "implementation COP." Tourism industry practitioners told Skift that after years of planning climate action, they now want to see actual results rather than more commitments. The report mentioned that Brazil's COP30 presidency had previously promised to publish plans to move away from fossil fuels and protect forests before the next round of negotiations, and the relevant voluntary roadmap was released on Tuesday.
