HyperGuest receives $25 million investment from Apax

On September 29, 2026, hotel distribution service provider HyperGuest received a $25 million investment from private equity firm Apax, to be used to accelerate international expansion and be put into its technology platform, helping hotels respond to AI's changes to the distribution landscape. HyperGuest was founded in 2020, says its recent cumulative total transaction value surpassed $1 billion, and completed a $23 million Series A funding round in 2023. Apax previously invested in Guesty and acquired a majority stake in IBS Software in 2023.
