Phase 1 of CTG Senbo Dapeng Longqi Bay Resort launched

On October 30, 2026, construction of the CTG Senbo Dapeng Longqi Bay Resort began, with total investment of approximately RMB 2 billion, jointly built by three parties: Hong Kong China Travel International, Kaiyuan Senbo, and Dapeng New District Investment Holdings. The project introduces a "hotel + park" model and lays out six major business formats including an all-season water park and coastal adventure, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
