Direct Travel Appoints Chief Customer Success Officer

On October 16, 2026, Business Travel News reported that Direct Travel promoted Ann Marie Stone, Senior Vice President of Client Implementation, to the newly created role of Chief Customer Success Officer. The position is responsible for helping clients launch, manage and optimize travel programs, and coordinates the teams that design, implement and manage travel programs, including assisting clients with onboarding to Direct Travel's Avenir travel management platform. Stone previously spent five years at American Express Global Business Travel responsible for global customer success operations, and worked at CWT for twenty years.
