Beijing Parks and Gardens Museum Cultural Tourism and Science Popularization Integration Activity

On October 29, 2026, China Tourism News reported that Beijing is embedding science popularization content into cultural tourism scenarios such as the Summer Palace, Beijing Zoo, and the Museum of Chinese Gardens and Landscape Architecture, making cultural tourism scenarios into science classrooms. The report stated that Beijing municipal parks carry out an average of 2,000 online and offline science popularization activities per year; Huairou has developed more than 100 standardized study tour routes; and 20 pilot projects funded by special funds from the Beijing Association for Science and Technology have served more than 10,000 person-times.
