Agoda releases search trends for year-end outbound family travel from South Korea

On October 30, 2026, Agoda released accommodation search trends for South Korean families traveling with children for the period from November 2026 to January 2027. Among overseas destinations, Phu Quoc, Vietnam ranked first, with search volume up 33% year on year and its ranking rising four places; Fukuoka and Osaka, Japan ranked second and third. Five Japanese cities entered the overseas top ten, and Sapporo and Chiang Mai, Thailand entered the list for the first time, with search volume increasing 46% and 47% respectively. Among domestic destinations in South Korea, Jeju ranked first for the second consecutive year, and Jeongseon entered the top ten for the first time, with search volume increasing 110%.
