Visa agency ordered to pay compensation for processing wrong visa type

The Beijing Xicheng Court heard a visa agency dispute: the agency promised to process a "super visa" allowing long-term stay for a 60-year-old client, but actually delivered a V1 tourist visa with a stay period of only 180 days, forcing the client to return to Beijing. The court found the agency clearly at fault and ordered it to pay a total of 29,655 yuan for losses including insurance, medical examination, and airfare.
