Naboo acquires UK events platform Pro-ven

On 27 October 2026, Paris-headquartered event management platform Naboo announced the acquisition of UK venue sourcing and accommodation services provider Pro-ven; the transaction amount was not disclosed, and this is Naboo's first acquisition. All 20 Pro-ven employees remain, its Hertfordshire office will become Naboo's UK headquarters, and founder Julian Laxon remains in post. The report said Pro-ven's annual transaction total is EUR 30 million, and the combined company manages meetings and events worth USD 300 million (EUR 268 million).
