Vingcard launches R-Series electronic reader

On October 14, 2026, Hospitality Technology reported that Vingcard (under ASSA ABLOY) launched the R-Series electronic reader, which can extend digital room keys and credential management from standard guest room doors to non-traditional entry points such as parking lot barriers, elevator cars, revolving doors, and perimeter gates.
