On October 8, 2026, Pinchain Tourism reported that the 2026 "National Day" holiday concluded, with Beijing accumulating 23.45 million tourist visits, total tourism spending of 29.49 billion yuan, and hotel bookings ranking TOP1 nationwide. Fliggy data shows that hotel bookings for Beijing as a destination increased by more than 67% year-on-year, and Muniao Homestay's average daily orders increased by 83% year-on-year. During the same period, the popularity of long-distance routes of over 2,000 kilometers increased by more than 40% year-on-year, and orders for "multi-city串游" (multi-city hopping trips) booking hotels in 2 or more cities increased by more than 30%.
