Guizhou Tourism Star-Rated Hotel Staff Skills Competition Concludes

The 2026 Guizhou Provincial Tourism Star-Rated Hotel Staff Skills Competition concluded on October 21 at the Guizhou Qunsheng Howard Johnson Hotel. According to a report by China Tourism News, 25 teams and 100 contestants from 9 cities (prefectures) across the province participated. The competition featured a written test and four practical operation events: front desk reception, guest rooms, Chinese cuisine, and Western cuisine, and presented individual event awards, group competition awards, and outstanding organization awards. Eligible top prize winners in each event will be recommended to apply for honorary titles such as the "Guizhou Provincial May 1 Labor Medal."
