Altour launches conversational travel intelligence platform Altour IQ

On October 19, 2026, Business Travel News reported that Altour is launching the conversational travel intelligence platform Altour IQ. According to Haley Rossow, Altour's senior director of global business intelligence, travel managers can ask questions in natural language to see factors affecting performance, forecast trends and analyze the impact of strategies, for example following up on why a certain airline is underperforming, whether contract terms can be met by year-end and how to ensure compliance. The platform is currently in a phased commercial rollout and is planned to be broadly available in the first quarter of 2027.
