Etihad and STARLUX Airlines expand frequent flyer reciprocal benefits

In August 2026, Etihad Airways and STARLUX Airlines launched a frequent flyer partnership, initially allowing only Etihad Guest members to redeem business class and economy class award tickets on the STARLUX Airlines network. On October 29, 2026, the two parties announced an expansion of the frequent flyer partnership benefits: effective immediately, members of both frequent flyer programs can reciprocally accrue and redeem miles on flights operated by the other carrier, covering first class, business class and economy class; members can also request retroactive mileage claims for eligible flights.
