Four parties open co-creation base on Shodoshima

On October 13, 2026, the four parties Tonosho Town, Yachiyo Engineering, JTB, and Staple announced that from November 2026 they will open a shared office space on the first floor of the Tonosho Port ferry terminal on Shodoshima, positioned as a "co-creation base" that brings together talent and companies from on and off the island and generates new business. The base serves the "Creating Shodoshima 20 Years from Now" project, with the four parties respectively taking on roles in administrative coordination, port and infrastructure, tourism attraction, and space development and operation.
