Kimpton launches global dining platform The Curious Palate

On October 22, 2026, IHG's Kimpton announced the launch of the global dining platform The Curious Palate, connecting the brand's dining culture through secret menus, chef-led experiences and cross-city collaborations. The platform was jointly curated by a global team of Kimpton chefs and bartenders from Tokyo, Bangkok, Barcelona, Grand Cayman and other locations, and the first Table of Curiosity dinner was held at Kimpton Mirador in Pacific Grove. Reports currently show the platform has officially launched and completed its first event; subsequent arrangements have not yet been disclosed.
