Shandong Issues the Second Batch of 2026 Policy List for Stabilizing the Economy to Boost Consumption

On October 30, 2026, the People's Government of Shandong Province issued the "2026 Policy List for Promoting the Economy to 'Make Progress While Maintaining Stability and Improve Quality and Efficiency' (Second Batch)," focusing on promoting the integration of consumption formats and innovation in consumption models. The policy arranges for the province to raise 40 million yuan to support the cultivation of new consumption scenarios such as diversified integration, distinctive themes, and the nighttime economy; and arranges 60 million yuan to support cities in issuing retail and catering consumption vouchers. At the same time, it encourages the development of the performance economy, builds the "Follow Performances (Music, Film, Animation) to Tour Shandong" brand, and provides financial rewards for premium tourism performance productions, concerts, music festivals, and eligible cultural and creative products. The list has now been issued, and the related funding arrangements and support directions have been clarified accordingly.
