On October 9, 2026, Guilin Tourism issued an announcement stating that due to intensifying industry competition and changes in market structure, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guilin Tourism Automobile Transport Co., Ltd. had been continuously loss-making, and the board of directors agreed to the company's cessation of operations and to initiate employee resettlement. The announcement disclosed that as of June 30, Lvqi Company's net assets were -94.6074 million yuan. The company has currently entered the stage of cessation of operations and employee resettlement.
