Cloudbeds and Meta Muse direct hotel inventory connection

In October 2026, hotel management platform Cloudbeds announced an integration with Meta's AI agent Muse. According to an October 21 report by Hospitality Technology, independent hotels and property management groups can provide real-time rates and availability to Meta's consumer-facing AI assistant via a direct API, enabling AI travel bookings to connect directly to hotel systems. PhocusWire reported on October 20 that the integration is planned to launch to US customers in Q1 2027; participating hotels will display real-time rates and availability in Muse, and bookings will be completed through the hotels' own Cloudbeds booking tools and enter their property management systems as direct bookings; Cloudbeds says hotels can connect to Muse without additional integrations or new systems. Current progress is that the integration has been announced with a target launch time for US customers; the reports did not disclose the number of hotels covered or a phased implementation arrangement.
