UKG connects enterprise workforce data to Anthropic Claude

On October 22, 2026, UKG announced the launch of the UKG in Claude beta, connecting Anthropic's AI assistant to its enterprise workforce operations platform to provide natural-language workforce insights and operational decision support. The integration is based on the open Model Context Protocol standard and runs within UKG's existing security rules, compensation policies and access controls, enabling cross-property queries on overtime spikes, scheduling compliance and attrition trends, with subsequent actions confirmed by human managers. The feature is currently in beta.
