On October 27, 2026, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and four other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Historical Classic Industries", proposing to build a full-chain ecosystem of "historical classics + tourism". Reports say that production areas such as Hejiang traditional soy sauce in Sichuan, Suzhou silk industrial heritage, and Jingdezhen ceramics have launched sightseeing, study, and hands-on experience programs; data from an online platform shows that as of September this year, searches for interest-driven "experiential" content grew 48% month-on-month. The opinions have now been issued, and related production area projects have been implemented; no further reports on subsequent implementation progress have been seen.
