Dubai vacation home operator Silkhaus ceases operations due to US-Iran conflict

On October 30, 2026, Skift Feed reported that Dubai vacation home operator Silkhaus has ceased operations and attributed the reason to the US-Iran war. The report said that multiple airlines are still not flying to Dubai into 2027, and forward bookings are far below last year; the shocks in March and April make it difficult to save smaller vacation home operators in this winter's peak season, and more businesses are expected to exit. The report did not disclose the specific date of Silkhaus's shutdown, the number of affected listings, or financial data.
