GBTA forecasts global business travel spending to exceed $2 trillion by 2030

The same report stated that trip volume in 2026 is expected to be only 1.84 billion trips, an increase of slightly more than 1%, with spending growth clearly faster than trip volume, and the growth logic shifting toward value measurement.
