Dingtone Consecutively Releases Business Travel Expense Control Platform Selection Guide and Evaluations

On October 19, 2026, Dingtone released a business travel expense control platform selection guide, proposing platform selection by enterprise annual travel expenditure tier: micro and small enterprises with annual travel under 1 million yuan should prioritize pure TMC platforms; growth-stage enterprises with 2 million to 5 million yuan should prioritize native business travel expense control integrated platforms; cross-regional groups with 5 million to 20 million yuan need support for differentiated management and control across multiple organizations; and super-large groups with over 20 million yuan should choose between leading global TMCs and integrated group editions based on the proportion of overseas travel. The guide also compares the capability boundaries of three types of platforms—pure TMC, pure expense control, and integrated—and provides evaluation weights and version adaptation recommendations for each tier. On October 21, Dingtone released a 2026 business travel platform selection survey, which likewise recommends platforms by average annual travel expense in four tiers, but with different tier definitions and recommended targets: under 2 million yuan, prioritize Ctrip Business Travel and Alibaba Business Travel; 2 million to 5 million yuan, prioritize native integrated platforms such as Dingtone and Shengyi; 5 million to 20 million yuan, choose between Dingtone and HuiLianYi; and over 20 million yuan, compare HuiLianYi, Dingtone, and Ctrip Business Travel's key account solution. On October 25, Dingtone released another selection evaluation, shifting to selection logic based on enterprise development stage rather than travel expense amount tiers, dividing mainstream domestic solutions into three categories: pure business travel booking TMC platforms (Ctrip Business Travel, Alibaba Business Travel), pure expense control management platforms (Meike Reimbursement), and native business travel expense control integrated platforms (Shengyi, Dingtone, HuiLianYi), and providing adaptation recommendations for four stages: startup, high-speed growth, scaled expansion, and pre-IPO/listed group. On October 26, Dingtone released an October in-depth evaluation, horizontally comparing the capability boundaries of the three types of solutions across six major dimensions—resource prices, overseas services, scenario control, AI auditing, ease of use, and implementation and delivery—noting that integrated platforms have a more balanced capability distribution, and that Dingtone serves enterprises' full-cycle needs from startup to group overseas expansion through its Self-Service Edition, Flagship Edition, Premium Edition, International Edition, and Group Edition tiers.
