Hilton for Business adds travel coordinator booking tool

On October 22, 2026, Hilton announced via the Hilton Stories RSS that its Hilton for Business program, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, has added a travel coordinator tool. Program owners and administrators can book, modify and manage hotel reservations on behalf of employees within their organization without the employee needing to log in separately; the new feature also supports centralized viewing of the team's upcoming bookings, changed or canceled trips, and viewing employees' current in-hotel stays to support duty of care. Hilton said booking on behalf of others was the most requested capability among members, and that in the future it will expand to non-member bookings, add a new travel administrator role and enhance the program dashboard.
