Ctrip releases 2026 Sustainable Travel Consumer Report

On October 27, 2026, Trip.com Group released the "2026 Sustainable Travel Consumer Report," with a survey covering nearly 9,000 respondents across 29 global markets. The report shows that 62.0% of respondents had adjusted travel plans due to extreme weather, and 41.6% believed that exploring nature and outdoor destinations helps enhance the experience. The report also mentions that Ctrip's "low-carbon hotel" initiative launched in 2023 had 3,800 participating hotels as of the end of 2025.
