Brazil's ANAC establishes ConciliAnac dispute negotiation chamber

According to Brazil's ANAC News, the chamber is a standing dialogue mechanism, focusing on but not limited to handling airport concession contract disputes. The report said the mechanism does not apply to final administrative decisions or regulatory duties that are non-negotiable under law, and that consensus proposals reached must be submitted to the ANAC board for approval, with the aim of preventing litigation and enhancing regulatory predictability.
