KLM to launch free Wi-Fi on intercontinental flights from mid-2027

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines announced that from mid-2027 it will provide free high-speed Wi-Fi to passengers on intercontinental flights, covering all cabin classes and rolled out in phases, with technical support provided by Starlink. The service is aimed at Flying Blue members, who can use it by logging into their account; those not registered can sign up before departure or during the flight via the onboard portal. KLM had previously provided free, high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi on most of its aircraft operating European routes.
