Tianfu Cultural Tourism acquires 34.3% stake in Bipenggou for 174 million yuan

On October 14, 2026, Tianfu Cultural Tourism (000558.SZ) completed the acquisition of a 34.30% stake in Lixian Bipenggou Tourism Development Co., Ltd. for approximately 174 million yuan in cash, corresponding to an overall valuation of approximately 507 million yuan. The originally planned joint controlling acquisition of a 51% stake by Dajiulv was not approved by the higher-level competent department; Kwoon Chung Bus Group continues to hold controlling interest, and Tianfu Cultural Tourism shifted to a minority stake. The transaction does not include revenue related to Bipenggou scenic area tickets.
