Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area launches wellness cultural tourism and team-building routes

During the 2026 National Day holiday, relying on Pingliang City's "Seeking the Way and Gathering Autumn: Refreshing Journey to Kongtong" cultural tourism campaign, the Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area achieved dual growth in visitor numbers and revenue. The scenic area launched "one ticket valid for two days" (later reports called it "one ticket for a two-day visit"), free admission within 7 days to 9 paid A-level scenic spots in Pingliang with a Kongtong Mountain ticket, and the "Seeking the Way and Wandering Freely Annual Pass" that visitors nationwide can apply for with real-name registration, promoting a shift in visitors from "one-day tours" to "multi-day stays." Follow-up reports add that 159 wellness guest rooms in Kongtong Ancient Town were put into operation last October.
