Headbox launches AI memory layer to upgrade meetings and events platform

On October 23, 2026, Business Travel News reported that Headbox launched an AI-driven "memory layer" that integrates corporate meetings program data, booker preferences and venue supplier information, supports submitting meeting requirements in natural language, and automates the sourcing, negotiation and contracting of small meetings. The platform adds room block booking management, and reporting supports natural-language queries. The report said that in 2025 corporate clients achieved average hard savings of more than 20%. Founder and CEO Andrew Needham said Headbox is open to strategic partnerships with TMCs and travel technology providers.
