Shaanxi Star-Rated Hotel Service Skills Competition Held in Xi'an

The 2026 Shaanxi Province Star-Rated Hotel Employee Service Skills Competition and National Competition Selection Trial was held and closed in Xi'an, with 51 frontline service staff from 14 teams across the province participating. The event added all-English reception procedures to the front office and Western dining categories, added Shaanxi cuisine culture explanation to the Chinese dining category, and for the first time included non-star-rated state guesthouse teams such as Shaanxi Hotel. After the competition, hotels established mentorship mechanisms to promote the conversion of competition standards into daily service guidelines.
