Accor Partners with Mews to Standardize Food and Beverage Technology

On October 2, 2026, Hotel Dive Feed reported that Accor selected Mews' POS system to unify food and beverage technology across its luxury, midscale and economy hotel portfolio. The report said the system is already running in 850 Accor hotels in more than 20 countries. The same report also mentioned that Nobu Hospitality will open its first hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with 50 rooms, a restaurant and a rooftop lounge, planned to open in 2028; Choice Hotels acquired Harvest Hosts for approximately $130 million and launched a points-sharing feature in the Choice Privileges loyalty program.
