Guizhou issues 16 measures to promote steady and improving economic growth

On November 5, 2026, the General Office of the Guizhou Provincial People's Government issued the "Several Policy Measures for Guizhou Province to Promote Steady and Improving Economic Growth," setting out 16 specific measures covering agriculture, industry, consumption, finance and other areas to promote steady and improving economic growth in the fourth quarter. On the consumption front, tickets to 5A-level scenic areas as well as major sports events and cultural and entertainment performances will be included in the coverage of the ticket-stub consumption vouchers, and support will be given to newly opening China first stores, Southwest first stores and Guizhou first stores in Guizhou. On the factor guarantee front, an interest subsidy policy for loans under new-type policy financial instruments will be implemented, and the 2027 provincial preliminary work special fund will be allocated in advance. The policy measures have now been issued, and specific implementation progress is awaiting subsequent reporting.
