Judicial auction transfer of 6.4 million shares of Qujiang Cultural Tourism's controlling shareholder completed

8 million shares held by Xi'an Qujiang Tourism Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Qujiang Cultural Tourism, were subject to a judicial auction. A report dated November 5, 2026 shows that 6.4 million of those shares have completed transfer registration; Tourism Investment Group's holding decreased from 63,357,700 shares to 56,957,700 shares, and its shareholding percentage fell from 24.84% to 22.33%; the combined shareholding percentage of the controlling shareholder and its concert parties fell from 28.90% to 26.39%, constituting a passive reduction. The company stated that this change in equity will not cause a change in the controlling shareholder or actual controller, and the transferee may not reduce its holdings within 6 months after receiving the shares.
