Accor selects IDeaS Optix as global BI solution

On October 30, 2026, Hospitality Technology reported that Optix, from IDeaS (a SAS company), was selected by Accor as its global reference business intelligence platform, covering more than 110 countries and more than 5,800 hotels. The report stated that the platform embeds a commercial BI layer directly into hotels' core revenue workflows, building on IDeaS's existing status as Accor's revenue management system of record, replacing manual spreadsheet consolidation by brand and hotel teams. The current status is that Accor has formally selected the solution and disclosed it publicly.
