BCD Travel Announces Leadership Transitions, Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer

BCD Travel has announced a series of planned leadership transitions to support its next phase of growth and innovation. Global Chief Commercial Officer Mike Janssen will retire at the end of 2026, and President, Americas Craig Bailey will retire on June 30, 2027. Marcus Eklund, former global managing director of FCM, will join BCD as global chief commercial officer effective September 14, 2026. Dave Mitchell, currently president of BCD Mid-Markets and GetGoing, will become President, Americas, and Tanya Green, currently Senior Vice President, Americas Operations, will become President, Mid-Markets, effective January 1, 2027.
