HBX Group CEO Nicolas Huss to retire

HBX Group CEO Nicolas Huss will retire on September 30, with current CFO Brendan Brennan becoming interim CEO on October 1. The board is searching for a permanent CEO, expected by the AGM in February 2027. The company also reported Q3 trading: TTV up 12% to €2.4 billion, revenue down 3% to €177 million, and raised FY TTV growth guidance to 13%-15%.
