State Council Forwarded Measures to Boost RV Consumption

The State Council General Office forwarded the Measures to Boost RV Consumption (Guoban Han [2026] No. 82), proposed by ten departments led by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, dated 13 September 2026. The nine-part policy covers improving RV supply quality, registration, scrappage and driver training, road access and parking, campsite development, tourism product supply, rental services, financial support, consumption promotion and safety management.
